The Red Doors Theatre program is both instructional (taking time each week to develop an actor’s skill through improvisation, exercises and theatre games) as well as peformance based. Young performers will be introduced to the foundations of performance art, and have the opportunity to explore body movement and voice control through singing, acting, theater games, improvisation and more! Through a combination of instructor-led and child-led activities, children will use imaginative play to gain confidence, nurture self-esteem, and encourage creative thinking. This program will focus mainly on stage performance but will also touch on fundamentals of acting for the camera as well.
