Instructor Jen Backof
Have you ever wondered how detectives solve crimes? Join Instructor Jen Backof as she presents students with a gold robbery and leads students on the ways detectives look for clues and examine evidence that will allow them to figure out “Who Stole the Gold?”. This will be a four session class that will build on knowledge gained during investigations each month. Week one we will come to know the suspects and understand the situation then we will learn all about blood! (Don’t worry, we won’t use real blood) Students will learn about types of blood, antibodies, what makes certain types of blood compatible with other types, and agglutination. Finally, we will analyze handwriting samples to try to predict who the culprit was.
*Please alert Jen to any food allergies prior to the start of this session.
